a bit about my story
Growing up on a small farm in Sussex sparked a lifelong love of the outdoors and an appreciation for the power of nature to restore perspective. Since then, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people - from Olympic and Paralympic athletes to business owners, leaders, and professionals - to build confidence, resilience, and perform at their best.
Today, I divide my time between coaching clients, leading retreats, and spending as much time as possible in the mountains or the sea. My mission is simple: to help people slow down when they need to, step up when it matters most, and create lives and careers that feel both successful and sustainable.
a little bit about
SARAH
After university, Sarah expanded her expertise by training as a Sports Massage Therapist. This opened doors into elite-level cycling, where she supported athletes such as Dame Sarah Storey and Drops Pro-Cycling, travelling internationally with the team on the UCI World Tour. Working so closely with high performers reignited her drive to merge physical performance with psychological resilience.
In 2017, she co-founded Centre10 alongside Olympic performance coach Charlie Unwin, creating evidence-based sports psychology training for coaches and athletes across the UK and beyond. Building on her coaching experience, Sarah launched Inner Chill Coaching in 2018. What began as one-to-one support for athletes soon evolved into strategic coaching for teams, clubs, schools, and entrepreneurs.
With a focus on performance and wellbeing in equal measure, she has helped hundreds of clients grow businesses, boost confidence, and thrive under pressure — earning multiple awards along the way. Inspired by the transformational effects of breathwork and cold-water exposure during lockdown, Sarah trained as a Wim Hof Method Instructor in 2021.
She works with corporate teams on elements of high performance like communication, energy management, productivity, leadership, and values. In 2023, she founded Big Sky Adventures, offering immersive retreats. Set in awe-inspiring locations like the Scottish Highlands, French Alps and the Lake District, these experiences combine outdoor challenges with deep mindset coaching to create lasting personal change.

In 2024, I qualified as a Mountain Leader. I love the mental and physical challenge of hiking in the wilds of England, Scotland, and Wales — it’s my kind of reset.
I kicked off my equestrian career working for British event rider William Fox-Pitt. My first 5* event was grooming at Burghley in 2008, where William took both 1st and 2nd place — not a bad start!
I’m half English, half Dutch, and hold dual nationality with the UK and Australia — my mum was born in the Netherlands but raised in Perth, Western Australia.
In 2018, I was part of a successful English Channel relay swim — we made it from England to France in just under 15 hours!
